Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Approval and RMA

  Once your request is verified, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original box with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
